“Becky was seriously the reason my wedding day went perfectly! The month leading up to my wedding she checked in and helped with anything I needed, as well as began talking with my additional vendors and coordinated with them so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She created the most outstanding timeline for the day of and included every single detail to the point where we were ahead of schedule on the actual day, which I was told by all my other vendors that it is unheard of to be early. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are unmatched.
On my actual wedding day she was in charge of setting up my entire venue. She completely saw my vision and transformed my space into something I couldn’t even dream of. She honored my wishes of decor and also added her own details, such as cutting small pieces of eucalyptus and placing them into napkins for our table setting, which looked unbelievably great.
She checked up on us throughout the event to make sure we were doing ok and stayed when it was over to clean up. Seriously the best decision I made was hiring Becky, I recommend her to everyone!!!”
“Becky was an incredible DOC for our wedding. She was detailed, prompt, and so NICE. Before hiring a DOC, we interviewed at least 10 different companies/individuals and all of them were not the right fit.
Once I met Becky and went over what I was envisioning, everything without hesitation was “Can-Do.” We did a lot of DIY elements to our wedding and asked Becky to set it up.

She was so organized and helpful throughout the whole wedding process. She made herself available via phone, email, text, zoom, and in-person for questions and meetings.
Becky met with us several times before the wedding. She contacted all of our vendors, looked over our contracts, coordinated with the venue, created a wedding timeline, and attended our final walk through at the wedding.
The day of the wedding, she was AMAZING. She was so on top of every little detail and kept us on schedule. She even led the ceremony rehearsal with our bridal party the day of.
Becky set up all of our decorations and then collected everything at the end of the night and dropped it off at our hotel room. She even made this beautiful seating sign that we displayed at our ceremony.

We hired Becky as a day of coordinator for our wedding, which really meant month of coordinator, and I am SO grateful to have had her in the final month of planning. I knew the month before the wedding was going to be busy, but I had no idea how stressful it was going to be trying to plan the day down to the last minute.
Becky was so helpful in planning the day of schedule, reaching out to my vendors throughout the final month, running small errands we needed that day, and making sure the whole day went according to plan. Becky always had her phone on her so when we had to call her, she always immediately picked up, she checked in with us during the whole day to make sure everything was going okay or if there was something else she could do for us, she was there to put out a couple minor fires that we ran into that day, and she was so helpful in making sure all the details were where they needed to be.

The only reason our day went off without a single hitch is because of her. From our first meeting she brought a happy, logistics minded attitude to the entire process. Every single vendor had their questions answered and they didn't need to bother me (or the groom) in the lead-up or on the actual day.
She also sensed my stress level about signage and helped me do that too! My husband doesn't drink, and her attention to detail to ensure he had sparkling cider to toast with was one thing that made me realize - she's an absolute ace.

“Becky came highly recommended by a friend, and exceeded our expectations.
My fiancé and I got married in Feb of 2022 on the tail end of a COVID spike which gave us crazy anxiety. Becky was the Xanax in human form and her organization and communication was such a source of comfort.
Becky coordinated seamlessly with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page leading up to the event. She created a day of itinerary that was left in a shared google drop box so that any changes were easily added and communicated. As much as we left room for error or delay in our timeline, everything went to smoothly that it almost wasn’t necessary.
On the day of the wedding, Becky checked in on me to see if I needed anything and reminded me to enjoy my day. I was able to enjoy the day to the fullest due to her preparation and execution. I was extremely stubborn about using a wedding planner and insisted I could plan everything, but was totally kidding myself.

I began working with Becky in March for my wedding in September. From our initial consultation, I could tell that with her, my wedding would be in good hands. Throughout that time, she assisted with anything I needed, including not only finding vendors for floral, linens, photobooth, and the cake, among others, but contacting them on my behalf, collecting quotes, and coordinating meetings that worked with my schedule.
Becky remained in constant communication, provided substantial and genuine feedback, and brought a sense of creativity that I could not have brought myself in connection with my wedding. There was no ask too big or too small that she did not handle with the utmost professionalism. She even made the cakestand we used!
As for the day the wedding, Becky did not disappoint. She managed to keep the entire wedding day right on track, and, even more impressive, she was able to get us back on schedule when we fell behind in a way that did not interrupt the natural flow of the day. All the while, Becky managed all deliveries, pick ups, drop-offs, and outside vendors. I was able to wake up the day after the wedding, pick up the items we needed to from the venue, and jump on a plane for my honeymoon with zero worries or follow-up from any vendors.

“Wow! Where to begin. Becky from Simplicitee is the most talented, professional, relaxed wedding coordinator who immediately understood the vision my fiancé and I were hoping for our wedding day.
We had the most amazing time and it truly would not have come together if we had not had Becky working tirelessly to make sure everything was executed according to plan and no detail was overlooked. My now husband and I do not know the first thing about wedding planning and we are so thankful to have had Becky’s help through it all.
When we originally began our wedding planning, we were set on having a 200+ person event at a beautiful banquet hall. Becky met with us over lunch and collected all the details of what we were envisioning. She began reaching out to vendors and provided options for us to choose from. “Becky, was absolutely amazing, she thought of everything and really kept me on my toes. I initially hired her for day of coordination but as the big day got closer I decided to go the partial planning route and I must say money WELL spent.
Some of my vendors were difficult to communicate with and Becky had no issue staying on them to get updates. While her business Simplicitee is new, Becky is extremely knowledgeable in all things wedding related. She assisted me in finding dance lessons, décor and even explained the process of using the washroom in my big puffy dress.
